SL to sign pacts with three nations to prevent double taxation
Sri Lanka will ink agreements with India, Turkey and the Czech Republic to prevent double taxation on income tax and to eliminate tax evasion.
The Cabinet approved a proposal in this regard submitted by the Minister of Finance.
Accordingly, go-ahead has been given to sign the agreements and submit the documents to Parliament for approval as per the provisions of the Inland Revenue Act No. 24 of 2017.
