Galle Gladiators won their Lanka Premier League 2021 encounter against Kandy Warriors in Colombo last night (07).

Deciding to bat first, KW scored 143 for six, with Ahmed Shehzad making 56 and Kamindu Mendis contributing 32 runs.

Samit Patel captured three wickets for 13 in bowling for GG.

GG won the game by reaching 147 for six in 19.2 overs.

Dhanushka Gunathilake made 45 off 33 deliveries.
