Wanindu earns 4th player-of-the-match award

Sri Lankan all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga has so far earned four player-of-the-match awards in the Abu Dhabi T10 tournament.

He has excelled mainly with the ball for Deccan Gladiators and is the tournament's leading wicket taker.

Yesterday (27), Wanindu claimed two for 13 to help restrict Delhi Bulls 94 for six.

DG then coasted home in 6.1 overs to win by eight wickets and to top the points table ahead of Bangla Tigers and Team Abu Dhabi.

Wanindu has so far claimed 13 wickets in seven games of the tournament, with four for 12 against Team Abu Dhabi being the best.
