Highest number of SLAF officers commissioned

The highest number of officers have been commissioned in the history of Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF).

Their commissioning and the wings parade were held yesterday (29) at SLAF Base iin Katunayake , where a total of 153 male officers and lady officers were commissioned.

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa was the chief guest on the occasion.

The newly-commissioned officers underwent nearly three years of intensive training.

President Rajapaksa advised the newly commissioned officers by saying, “It is your responsibility to move more and beyond in your career while sharpening your own potentials”.
