U.N. 'concerned' Mexico hasn't complied with recommendations to prevent disappearances

MEXICO CITY - The United Nations' committee against enforced disappearances expressed concern on Friday that the Mexican government has not adopted its recommendations aimed at preventing disappearances in the Latin American country.
