The second reading of the Appropriation Bill (2022 Budget)
is due to be presented in Parliament tomorrow (12) by Rajapaksa.
Dr. Jaishankar visited Sri Lanka earlier this year in

With the aim of further enhancing the Indo-Lanka bilateral
relations, Jaishankara, at the time, stated that in addition to the ongoing
projects in Sri Lanka which are being aided by India, several other areas for
cooperation development were discussed during the meeting.
