Duty-Free shopping reopen for fully-vaccinated passengers

Fully vaccinated travelers carrying proof of vaccination endorsed with the Airport Health Office seal will be permitted to shop at duty-free.  Issuing a statement, the Bandaranaike International Airport noted that passengers will be permitted to shop at duty-free upon their arrival  only.  They will not be allowed to utilize their duty-free allowance on a later date.
